On the day, our crew covers setup, the event itself and the crowd, shooting both photo and video in parallel rather than sending two separate teams. We stay mobile and out of the way, which matters as much at a 50-person launch as it does at a full festival.
Turnaround is fast on purpose, events lose most of their marketing value after the first week. A first set of edited highlights typically goes out within days, with the full gallery and edited video to follow, ready to post straight to your feed or send to press.
